This question was recently raised by one of our customers. Do results come before love, or does love come before results? Results are of course important, but we believe that it's love that creates the right climate and context for exceptional results.

Beyond commitment, there's love

Isn't commitment the number one concern of our organizations? We want committed employees who are willing to go the extra mile for the mission. Commitment is good, but there's more to it than that. The next level we need to reach in our teams is love. Love for the mission, for the work we do every day, for our customers, for our colleagues and, above all, for the leader we are.

Love in a team

It doesn't mean liking everyone or getting along with everyone. Rather, it's a representation of the respect and consideration that team members have for each other. It means that team members are ready to listen, support, help and be there for each other, whatever the circumstances. Love in a team creates a sense of security that is the cornerstone of results.

When love is present in a team

Individuals are not just focused on their own goals. Purpose becomes a vocation that goes beyond roles, tasks and hours worked. The team becomes a tightly woven group, with the feeling that no matter what happens, someone was always there for us. This creates an environment where team members work hand in hand for the common good. Conflicts are managed constructively, and differences are seen as assets rather than obstacles. This harmony fosters creativity, innovation and motivation. The team works seamlessly together, which naturally leads to outstanding results.

Love leads to results

So, love or results first in a work team? Results are of course important, but they are also the fruit of a united team. By cultivating positive relationships where everyone wants to succeed together, that's when the ultimate collaboration happens, and that's when we're surprised by the beauty of the results.
