This certification enables you to fully understand the model, interpret the results accurately and report the data in a relevant way to your teams. We accept requests for refunds up to 30 days before your scheduled certification session, in the event of cancellation. We can accommodate one-time rescheduling up to 10 days prior to an open session to meet certification preparation requirements.
One license equals one Team Cohesion Index evaluation. You must therefore purchase one license per participant. A team of 12 people = 12 licenses. Each license also generates an individual profile.
The 72-question questionnaire takes around 15 minutes to complete.
The Team Cohesion Index has been designed in compliance with best practices in data collection and protection, in accordance with the requirements of Law 25. Data is treated confidentially and stored on secure servers located in Canada.
The ICE is an empirical model developed through several years of field testing with teams. The most recent analyses conducted by researcher Kabir Daljeet, a professor of psychometrics at the University of Montreal, confirm the model’s high reliability. According to him, the Team Cohesion Index (ICE) demonstrates a robust structure, ready for potential scientific publication. In short, everything indicates that the ICE is based on solid psychometric foundations, both methodologically and practically, to effectively measure team cohesion.
