Introducing "Food for Thought" #68. The formula is simple: three short messages once a week to feed your mind.
Management
How do you spot burnout?
Burnout is not simply a question of fatigue. It's a degradation of your emotional, mental and physical resources, which often sets in insidiously. It is also the result of chronic stress at work that has not been properly managed.
By being more aware of the signals, you can act more quickly to keep your well-being and that of your team a priority.
The better I am, the better we are!
