We (Gabriel and Daniel) would like to share with you an experience that has had a profound effect on our lives. A few years ago, we decided to go to Playa del Carmen, just the two of us, father and son, to step back, slow down and reflect on our current projects. This little respite was a breath of fresh air, a space to refocus and generate new ideas. So much so, in fact, that we've decided to repeat the experience every year for the past 5 years!
It's often in creating space that the greatest opportunities arise. On our trip to Playa del Carmen in 2021, while working quietly in a café, Mr. Robert Piché sat down at the table next to us. We seized the opportunity to chat with this national hero, and what followed was a fascinating conversation lasting over two hours, where we discussed his career in aviation and our company, Hubu. It just goes to show that when opportunity knocks, you have to seize it.
And speaking of opportunities, we have one to offer you this year. In January 2025, we invite you to share the experience of retirement abroad with us through the Retraite Polé Polé. Retirement will be a unique opportunity to pause, slow down and take time to think about your projects - whether professional or personal.
We know how hectic life can sometimes seem. That's why this retreat is an invitation to clear your mind, surround yourself with inspiring people and reconnect with your deepest dreams. This time, it won't just be Gabriel and Daniel, but a whole group of extraordinary people ready to live this experience together.
And in all transparency, for Gabriel, 2024 was a year in which he had to slow down, because Hubu's growth was getting the better of his equilibrium. (more details here). That's why this retreat makes so much sense. By striving to slow down, the benefits in every respect quickly emerged, whether as entrepreneur, spouse or business partner.
If you too feel the need to slow down, reconnect and reflect on what really matters, then this retreat is for you.
Join us on this unique adventure, where every moment is an opportunity to regain your equilibrium, meet inspiring people and prepare for the path ahead.
Reserve your place now and get ready for a rewarding transformation.
