What's included in the stay :

Accommodation: 7 nights in a secure estate consisting of 2 fully private châteaux, with beach and pool access.

Choice of single or double rooms, several fully equipped kitchens available, high-speed WiFi.

Meals: Breakfast and dinner (Monday to Friday), cooked on site with fresh local produce.

Teaching guided by Hubu coaches: 20 hours of activities and group coaching

- Airfare: Round-trip flights to Cancun (5-hour flight) are not included. Plan between $1,000 and $1,200 for departures from Quebec City or Montreal;
- All dinners and meals on Sunday 19th, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th;
- Alcoholic beverages;
- Personal expenses on site;
- Additional excursions and activities of your choice on weekends (e.g. therapeutic massage)
Please note: Before you leave, book your flight and make sure your passport is valid.
Structure and Format:
- Duration : A 5-day retreat for complete immersion;
- Location: Chateau Los Castillos de Playacar in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico;
- Schedule: Arrival on Sunday janvier, 19 2025 and departure on Sunday janvier, 26 2025. January 19, 25 and 26 are free days. The retreat officially runs from Monday to Friday (January 20 to 24). The retreat sessions will be from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by free time in the afternoon;
- Post-retirement follow-up : Online follow-up sessions to maintain connections and mutual support after retirement.

- 2:00 PM - Free time to continue thinking, go on an excursion or take advantage of the presence of Hubu coaches for personalized support.
- 7:00 PM - Group dinner (optional)
What is the cancellation and postponement policy?

Full payment 90 days before the start of the trip.

Funds collected by Soul of Travel Inc. are deposited in trust.

In the event of cancellation between 120 and 89 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the total cost of the package will be charged to the customer.

Here's a breakdown of retirement costs:
- 60% = Accommodation costs (lodging, lunch, dinner, transportation and cleaning costs)
- 30% = Professional fees for the 4 Hubu coaches

- 5% = Material for retirement
