Holiday special

Come back from the holidays rested for real

The holidays can be physically exhausting, with Christmas buffets, alcohol and late-night parties. Mentally, between the shopping, the preparation and the sheer number of commitments, fatigue can also take its toll.

  4. Back to basics: exercise, sleep and eat well
  5. Laughing and having fun
