What is the cancellation and postponement policy?
- More than 60 days before the event: the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- Less than 60 days before the event: the 50% deposit is non-refundable, but the balance paid can be applied to a later session.
- In the event of force majeure, an unforeseeable, irresistible event not attributable to either party that makes performance of the obligation absolutely impossible, the parties agree to postpone delivery of the proposal. The parties agree to find a date for postponing delivery, preferably within one year of the scheduled delivery date, and the parties agree that there will be no penalty.
What is the breakdown of Hubootcamp's costs?
Here's the breakdown of Hubootcamp costs:
- 50% = Hotel costs (accommodation, meals, room, outdoor areas and service charges)
- 32% = Professional coach fees
- 8% = Marketing and promotion
- 6% = Training materials
- 4% = Hubu administration costs
