La formule est simple, trois courts messages 2x par mois pour nourrir votre esprit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Gestion<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Comment b\u00e2tir une super\u00e9quipe qui s&rsquo;am\u00e9liore sans cesse?<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>Les \u00e9quipes qui performent le mieux ne sont pas n\u00e9cessairement celles qui ont les meilleurs plans ou le plus de talent. <strong>Ce sont souvent celles qui apprennent le plus vite.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2026\/05\/how-to-build-a-superteam-that-keeps-getting-better\">Une recherche r\u00e9cente<\/a> sur les \u00e9quipes hautement performantes montrent qu&rsquo;elles d\u00e9veloppent, avant tout, <strong>une culture d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue.<\/strong> Elles ne s\u2019assoient pas sur leurs succ\u00e8s du pass\u00e9. Au contraire, elles ont horreur du statu quo. Ils cr\u00e9ent des environnements s\u00e9curitaires o\u00f9 l\u2019innovation n\u2019est pas seulement permise, mais attendue.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Posture<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Normaliser l&rsquo;inconfort et la tol\u00e9rance aux imperfections<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le monde actuel, les imperfections sont partout. Vouloir l&rsquo;\u00e9liminer serait utopique.
