AVOIR UNE PERSONNE DIRECTEMENT RESPONSABLE (PDR)<\/h2>\n

Pour plusieurs d’entres-vous, d\u00e9l\u00e9guer en toute confiance est la cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s comme gestionnaire. La notion de \u00ab personne directement responsable \u00bb (PDR), \u00e9labor\u00e9e par Apple \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 90, permet d’y arriver.<\/p>\n

Chaque projet se voit attribuer une PDR, ce qui assure une responsabilit\u00e9 claire et directe. Ce syst\u00e8me permet de r\u00e9duire la charge mentale du gestionnaire et favorise une auto-organisation l’\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n

Une fois que vous avez des PDR de confiance, une m\u00e9thode efficace pour garantir l’\u00e9volution des projets est de cr\u00e9er des syst\u00e8mes de duo ou de trio. L’essentiel des partenaires d’imputabilit\u00e9 est d’avoir des points de contact r\u00e9guliers \u00e0 l’agenda. La rencontre doit \u00eatre courte et aborder les points suivants:<\/p>\n

  2. Besoins d’aide;<\/li>\n
  3. Priorit\u00e9s jusqu’\u00e0 la prochaine rencontre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
