La culture, c’est la somme des comportements, des actions et des attitudes incarn\u00e9s dans vos \u00e9quipes. Cette fameuse culture doit faire partie de votre plan strat\u00e9gique, autant que les objectifs que vous fixez.<\/p>\n

Voici quelques questions \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir en \u00e9quipe:<\/div>\n

  1. Quelle est l’histoire de votre organisation?<\/li>\n
  2. Pourquoi existez-vous? Quel est votre WHY?<\/li>\n
  3. Quels comportements attendez-vous des membres de l’\u00e9quipe? \u00c0 l’inverse, quels sont les anti-comportements?<\/li>\n
  4. Quels sont les rituels d’\u00e9quipe importants pour remplir votre mission et donner vie \u00e0 votre vision?<\/li>\n
  5. Quels m\u00e9canismes pouvez-vous mettre en place pour encourager les comportements qui renforcent votre culture?<\/li>\n
  6. Comment pouvez-vous assurer que votre culture \u00e9volue et reste pertinente dans le temps?<\/li>\n
  7. Avez-vous un symbole fort pour d\u00e9finir qui vous \u00eates comme \u00e9quipe? (une phrase, une image, une m\u00e9taphore, un slogan, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Dans les organisations de plus de 50 \u00e0 100 employ\u00e9s, souvent r\u00e9parties sur diff\u00e9rents sites, les \u00e9quipes de direction doivent encourager l’\u00e9mergence de microcultures bas\u00e9es sur les principes directeurs de l’organisation.<\/p>\n
