La culture, c\u2019est le syst\u00e8me immunitaire de l\u2019organisation, c\u2019est ce qui la prot\u00e8ge lors des temp\u00eates. Voici quelques mesures pour entretenir une culture forte dans votre \u00e9quipe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>D\u00e9finir les piliers de la culture:<\/strong> \u00c9laborer des mots-cl\u00e9s pour d\u00e9finir clairement l&rsquo;ADN de l&rsquo;organisation. Et surtout, d\u00e9finir comment chaque mot se traduit en comportement au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Pr\u00eacher par l&rsquo;exemple:<\/strong> Faire, et pas seulement dire, comment la culture doit \u00eatre v\u00e9cue. La culture se b\u00e2tit dans les petits gestes quotidiens, pas dans un rassemblement annuel.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Reconna\u00eetre et r\u00e9compenser:<\/strong> Reconna\u00eetre et c\u00e9l\u00e9brer les \u00e9tapes et les r\u00e9alisations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la culture.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>R\u00e9p\u00e9ter et r\u00e9\u00e9valuer:<\/strong> Renforcez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les principes de la culture. \u00c9galement, la culture est dynamique, il convient de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et de l&rsquo;ajuster si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><em>Productivit\u00e9<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Vous n\u2019avez pas \u00e0 \u00eatre parfait tout le temps\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><\/p>\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><span>L\u2019excellence ce n\u2019est pas d\u2019\u00eatre bon tout le temps ou de rechercher la perfection. Quels sont vos moments de performance qui font la diff\u00e9rence?<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><\/p>\n<p><em>Motivation<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019homme dans l\u2019ar\u00e8ne<\/h2>\n<p>Voici un passage qui fait partie de notre ADN chez Hubu qui nous rappelle qu\u2019on n\u2019a pas \u00e0 \u00eatre parfait mais qui valorise plut\u00f4t l\u2019effort d\u00e9ploy\u00e9:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Ce n\u2019est pas le critique qui compte, ni celui qui montre comment l\u2019homme fort a tr\u00e9buch\u00e9 ou comment l\u2019homme d\u2019action aurait pu faire mieux.
