Un de mes collaborateurs n\u2019a pas livr\u00e9 le travail qu\u2019il m\u2019avait promis.<\/p>\n

Cette semaine, j\u2019arrive sur un de nos appels hebdomadaires et clairement, je veux aborder le th\u00e8me de sa non-performance.<\/p>\n

Il y a 2 mani\u00e8res d\u2019aborder cela:<\/p>\n

    Lui dire qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas livr\u00e9 le travail qu\u2019il m\u2019avait promis et que si les choses ne changent pas, je devrai trouver quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Lui dire qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas livr\u00e9 le travail qu\u2019il m\u2019avait promis et lui poser la question \u00abcomment \u00e7a va…vraiment\u00bb?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    J\u2019ai choisi la 2e option, le chemin de l\u2019EMPATHIE.<\/p>\n

    Sa r\u00e9ponse: \u00ab\u00e7a ne va pas vraiment, je manque de temps, j\u2019ai des examens \u00e0 \u00e9tudier et j\u2019avais un autre gros contrat \u00e0 livrer\u00bb.<\/p>\n

    Ma r\u00e9ponse: \u00abje suis content que tu m\u2019en parles, maintenant, comment je peux t\u2019aider\u00bb?<\/p>\n

    Prendre la voie de l\u2019empathie, c’est de r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 se mettre dans les souliers de l\u2019autre sans porter de jugements sur sa situation.<\/p>\n
